Shipping

 

After the printing process, we will hand over the ordered product(s) to one of our shipping partners. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking code which you can use to track the shipment. Shipping usually takes 1-2 business days, and we have a delivery time of 2-5 business days.



Cancel or change order

 

Unfortunately, this is not possible. In order to ensure the fastest possible delivery of the product, we will immediately start working on your personal order. It is therefore not possible to cancel your order. For more information, see our terms and conditions.

 

We follow the following rules for changes:
Order placed on a workday before 4:00 PM? You can change your order until 4:30 PM.
Order placed on a workday after 4:00 PM? Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make the change. In most cases, our team has already forwarded your order and the order has already been processed. To change your order, contact support@unscriptedgallery.com



Returns

 

Products sold by Unscripted Gallery are “made to order,” which means that the products you buy are made to your specifications. The 14-day legal right of withdrawal therefore does not apply. The sale is final after successful payment.


Very occasionally, one or more products in an order can be damaged during transport. This is obviously not intended. If one or more of your products arrive damaged, please send detailed and clearly visible photos of the damage, including photos of the packaging, to support@unscriptedgallery.com.


We will assess this damage within 15 working days. If one or more products are damaged, Unscripted Gallery will repair or replace the damaged product(s) at its own discretion based on the assessment of the submitted photos (damage assessment).


By requesting a damage assessment, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. Photos of damaged parts of the product(s) must be clearly visible;
  2. Photos of the damage must be received by Unscripted Gallery at least seventy-two (72) hours after the stated delivery date of the applicable order;
  3. Photos of the damage must have been taken immediately upon receipt of the product(s) and the product(s) must not have been hung, placed or otherwise installed before photos of the damage have been taken;
  4. Delivery of a replacement product, if applicable, is subject to existing production capacity, inventory, availability and shipping schedule, and you may be responsible for paying for the return shipping in the event that Unscripted Gallery chooses to repair or replace the products.
